As the demand for digital services continues to grow, data centers have become the backbone of modern industry. From cloud storage and streaming services to financial transactions and healthcare systems, these facilities power the digital world we rely on every day.
Behind every data center is a workforce of skilled professionals managing hardware, maintaining network integrity and ensuring 24/7 availability. Careers in digital infrastructure span a wide range of roles, from Data Center Technicians and Network Engineers to Infrastructure Analysts and Operations Managers.
The new STACK Academy: Your ticket into tech
Big names in digital infrastructure include STACK, a leading developer and operator of data centers with sites across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. In April 2025, STACK launched a new skills and training academy across Europe, with the specific aim of attracting new talent into the data center industry.
